1 General Terms & Conditions

• Currency: Only Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) is accepted

Withdraw

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 300 (Three Hundred Taka)
• Maximum Withdrawal: BDT 1,00,000 (one hundred thousand) per day
• Processing time: Typically 5–15 minutes; up to 24 hours for complex cases
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Large withdrawals may be held pending if KYC verification has not been completed

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a wagering of 15x–30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

5 Betting Rules

• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, all stake money will be refunded.

• If evidence of match-fixing or irregular results is found, the related bets may be voided.

Slots & Casino Games

• All slots and casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that is audited by independent third parties.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be saved on the server.

6 Prohibited Activities

CTG88The following activities are strictly prohibited on - and will result in permanent account closure:

• Fraud & Deception: Any form of fraud, deception, or system hacking.
• Money laundering: Any attempt to launder illicit funds through CTG88.
• Bonus abuse: Manipulating the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Chargeback: Filing false chargeback claims with a payment gateway.
• Use of software: Using bots, automation software, or VPNs to play games.
• Account Sharing: Allowing anyone else to use your account.
• Threats & Harassment: Threatening or harassing CTG88 staff or other members.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

CTG88 Reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This applies in particular to:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• If KYC verification is not completed
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Under a court order or directive from a regulatory authority

Self-closing your account

You may request account closure at any time via live chat. It is your responsibility to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
